Cancel My Subscription on App Store
- Open the iPhone Settings.
- Tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap the Sensera subscription.
- Tap Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see Cancel, the subscription is already canceled and won’t renew.
Cancel My Subscription on Google Play
- Open the Google Play app.
- At the top right, tap the profile icon.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions -> Subscriptions.
- Select the subscription you want to cancel.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
- Follow the instructions.
Request a Refund
Monthly plans don’t offer a trial period. Annual plans include a 7-day trial period. If you need a refund, please contact Apple or Google support directly, as they handle all refunds.
Subscription doesn’t work
If you have a subscription and your plan has not expired, you can go to your Profile in the Sensera app, click “Subscribe” and then click “Restore Purchase” under the plans.
